You know that pesky little voice in the back of your head that constantly makes you question your goals? The one that whispers in your ear playing “devil’s advocate” when it’s really hindering you from taking a chance on something you’re so passionate about. Well let me tell you something, dust that little guy off because he isn’t getting you anywhere! Don’t be scared, take a chance and invest in yourself and the future. Here are 3 mindset shifts for investing in your business!

Let’s talk about investing. When I first invested in my business, it was SO scary and I had all kinds of excuses running through my head.

I “can’t afford this right now”

I’ll “think about it”

Maybe I should join the “next time”

Well to be honest you will never be ready…

I bet you’re too afraid that if you make this investment you won’t see the same results that I’m promising or showing you from previous clients. After all, you’ve done all of these marketing tactics before and they just haven’t worked for you.

Here are 3 ways we can re-wire and shift your mindset from I can’t afford it to how can I make this happen:

Mindset Shift #1: Create the Opportunity to Invest

Stop thinking about how you can’t afford an investment like the mastermind because you can’t afford it based on past actions. Instead, remember this program is about taking different actions and creating better opportunities with the right clients at the right price point. This program is about future possibilities, not past mistakes. So stop living in the past, invest in your future and solidify those dreams of yours!

Mindset Shift #2: Make More Investments

Temporary lifestyle changes in your spending habits can make it easier to take on the investment. Especially when you’re spending money on things that don’t bring you a long term return on investment. For example, going out to eat is a temporary cash exchange that only benefits your body for a short period of time and the money is gone for good.

But investments are meant to bring you more money (plus interest) as a result of making them.

Mindset Shift #3: It’s Easy to Make Money

I know it sounds like hocus pocus to say this, but what you believe becomes your reality. If you believe it’s hard to make money, you will have a hard time making money. So why not believe you can easily make more money? Think about it, you could sell those clothes in the back of your closet and make $50. If you search enough of your pockets you’ll find a few dollars. All that spare change probably is worth $20. Selling 1 consultation, strategy session, audit, or intensive can make you a quick $500.
